IST, housing and the library are pleased to announce as a pilot project, a new service for uWaterloo students, staff or faculty in the DC Library. IT helpdesk services will be offered in the evening and on the weekend. The IT helpdesk will be open Monday to Friday from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 12:30 to 8:30 p.m. Services will include help with wireless issues (Eduroam), WatIam administration, virus removal, anti-virus installation and general questions.
